I mean, the staff was super friendly and attentive! ! Khin and Ahmed went above and beyond at breakfast, always checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed.

Hot water delivery in both the kitchen sink and bathroom was unreliable. I had to contact maintenance a couple of times with no resolution during my short stay. Additionally, the view from the apartment lacked the appeal one might expect downtown, which diminished the overall experience, despite being close to the mall. Accessing the Metro required a fair walk through the mall, which might not bother some but was a bit inconvenient for us.
